We hope you will join us at Crystal Springs Golf Course for this wonderful event to support a great cause!

Cost is $395 per person

There are three steps to register:

  1. Make donation check in amount of $250 to MPHF (Mills Peninsula Hospital Foundation) . In memo portion of check, please write "Michael L. Chandler Philanthropic Fund".
  2. Make a check in amount of $145 to Michelle Gomez. This covers green fees, shared cart, bucket of balls at range, souvenir hat, BBQ & silent auction.
  3. Print out registration sheet & complete. Mail registration form and BOTH checks to:

When both checks arrive, you will receive an email confirming your spot in the Classic.

$290 check made out to Michelle Gomez. Covers green fees, shared cart, bucket of balls at range, souvenir hat, BBQ and silent auction for both of you.

Coming to BBQ & silent auction only? $100/person
$25 made out to Michelle Gomez
Suggested donation $75 made out to MPHF
